Rapid Response When you have an emergency or need service quickly, Pacific can take care of your needs in a timely manner. Group email for service and parts ensures all incoming emails are viewed by entire support staff, including management, for rapid response. Phone queues for both service and parts eliminate the potential of calls going to voice mail and not being responded to. Managers review after hours call response time daily. 24/7 Emergency Support If a major emergency strikes, you can depend on Pacific to respond quickly at any time of day or night. After hours calls are answered by a live person and relayed to an appropriate on-call employee – we are typically onsite within two hours or less of receiving an emergency call. Our on-call after hours employees are dedicated members of the power generation team, so you can have peace of mind knowing that an expert will be on hand to assist you during emergencies.
